Every guitarist has that ONE pick.
The perfect thickness.
The perfect feel.
The one you may (or may not) have stolen from a friend during practice in 2014.
In this week’s cartoon, our hero is entrusted with the most powerful artifact in the guitar realm:
The One Pick To Rule Them All.
And just like any great wizard would, he’s warned with only one instruction:
“Lose it, and your tone is gone forever.”
Of course, you and I both know how this ends.
He’s going to lose it.
In the dryer.
Under the couch.
Inside the soundhole of an acoustic he hasn’t played in three years.
But for this one glorious moment, he stands triumphant – pick in hand, destiny shining, cat unimpressed!
